Andy Shand has been appointed vice president of international sales at Vista Outdoor, reporting to Dave Allen, the former president of The Coleman Company who became senior vice president of sales for Vista in May. Still based in London, Shand has been with Camelbak since 2009, most recently as senior director or vice president of international sales since 2010. He previously worked as a management consultant for Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
