Big Agnes has appointed Mark Flanagan as sales director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa to support existing distributors and build new relationships. The American company will continue work with Tigers Global Logistics in the Netherlands to ensure product fulfillment. Flanagan knows the brand because he previously worked for Helinox, the Korean brand of tents that is distributed in the U.S. by Big Agnes. Flanagan started representing Helinox in Europe as U.K. sales agent for its former European distributor, Nigor Net. He continued to work for the brand as European commercial director early last year after Helinox set up its own European sales subsidiary, but then recently resigned from the post.
