Bill Conradt, former vice president of global sales at Cascade Designs, has been hired by Sierra Designs to act as head of global sales. Before Cascade Designs, Conradt worked at Cannondale, running sales and operations in Japan and Australia among other roles. Sierra Designs belongs to American Rec, along with other outdoor brands such as Kelty, Slumberjack, Ultimate Directions and Wenger.
