Chris Pawlus is the new vice president of product design and innovation at Keen, the Portland-based maker of outdoor shoes. He will oversee the Outdoor, Lifestyle and Kids departments. Pawlus joins Keen from Timberland, where he spent 21 years, most recently as creative director and vice president of global product design.
