Crocs has appointed a new president, Andrew Rees, who founded an led a global management consulting company for 14 years after working at Reebok International as vice president of strategic polanning and vice president of retail operations. Crocs' current chairman, Tom Smach, has agreed to act as interim chief executive until Rees takes on his position on or around June 9, following the previously announced retirement of John McCarvel. The company's new owner, Blackstone Group, is still looking for its successor in the CEO's position.
