David Kim has been promoted to director of operations and communication at Hydrapak, the California-based supplier of hydration equipment. The company said that he had already excelled at factory communications, inventory management and logistics in his time there. In his new job he will be the main liaison among Hydrapak decision-makers, production facilities, and clients and distributors, in addition to overseeing marketing projects. Hydrapak, which provides custom hydration solutions to numerous outdoor equipment manufacturers, has also hired Georgiy “George” Patrikeyev as a junior engineer. He will work on product development and innovation.
