David Orr, an industry veteran who has worked for Keen, Timberland and Adidas, has been hired as general manager of Dakine, overseeing all aspects of sales, product creation and operations. He will report to Jonathan Hirshberg, the head of JR286, the company that has been contracted to operate Dakine by the brand's new owner, Marquee Brands.
