Dick Heckmann, a former chief executive of K2, and William Grant has stepped down as director of Jarden Corp., after reaching the mandatory retirement age. One of the seats on the board will be filled until the 2017 annual meeting by Peter Hochfelder, a founder and former managing member of Brahman Capital.
