Elias J. Sabo is going to become the new chief executive of Compass Diversified (Codi) on May 3, replacing Alan B. Offenberg who is retiring after 20 years in the post. Sabo is a founding partner of Codi's management company, Compass Group Management. He was instrumental in the takeover and subsequent stock market flotation of Fox Factory Holdings, which resulted in a major capital gain.
