Evan Engel, who is said to have 11 years of experience in dealing with complex financial, operational and merger & acquisition processes, has joined the board of directors of Cherokee Global Brands, the owner of the Hi-Tec brand. Engel worked with Cherokee's chief executive, Henry Stupp, on its recent refinancing.
