Frédéric Seymarc has been appointed as French country manager of Ternua, the Spanish outdoor brand, which has taken over the distribution of its products in the country, starting in October. Seymarc worked for Decathlon until 1992. After spending some time in Australia, he came back to France to work for Quiksilver and Roxy. He subsequently joined W.L. Gore & Associates, where he acted as key accounts manager and then as trade marketing/retail manager. In 2011 he became the French country manager for Tasci, the Italian company that owns Montura. He worked most recently as sales agent for Patagonia and as trainer for The North Face. He is currently running a company called Outdoor Attitude.
