Harald Siebold has been appointed as European sales director for Blackyak, the South Korean outdoor brand. He takes over from Patrick Steinhilber, who has held the job for about two years. Siebold was previously head of sales in Germany for Giorgio Armani's EA7 range. His track record includes assignments as key account manager for Napapijri in the German-speaking countries and general manager in Germany for Rip Curl. Siebold reports directly to Maximilian Nortz, managing director for Blackyak in Europe. The South Korean brand has been striving to raise its European sales through the launch of an international range and sales to upmarket specialist retailers.
