Helly Hansen has restructured its North American management structure by promoting Gary Davis to vice president of Canadian operations and appointing Filio Francke to the new position of vice president of U.S. operations. Davis had been acting as general manager of Helly Hansen North America. Francke served most recently as managing director of Electrolux for the Benelux countries.
