Igloo Products Corp., an American cooler specialist founded in 1947, announced that Andrew Perlmutter was appointed to the board of directors. Perlmutter is known in the world of pop culture as a renowned brand builder and comes to Igloo with decades of professional expertise. His responsibilities will include leading Igloo’s strategic initiatives for the Playmate cooler collection through licensing and partnerships. Perlmutter is co-founder of Bottle Rocket Collective, a board game and travel gaming company, president of Funko, Inc., president of Funko Acquisition Holdings LLC (a subsidiary of Funko, Inc.) and holds a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication from Southern Illinois University.
