Jack Wolfskin appointed Ante Franicevic to the position of chief financial officer last month. He replaces Jörg Wahlers, who worked as chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Jack Wolfskin and left the German outdoor company at his own request at the end of July. Franicevic, 48, worked previously as CFO for a large German perfume company, Douglas, and ran its Swiss operations. Before joining Douglas, he lived for ten years in Asia. Among other positions, he worked as CFO for Metro Cash and Carry in Vietnam. From June, Franicevic is responsible for all financial departments as well as the tax and legal department, human resources and office management at Jack Wolfskin. Until the appointment of a new chief operating officer in the autumn, Franicevic also takes on the role on an interim basis. The new chief operating officer will focus on the integration of the company's logistic and IT structures into the Callaway Group, which acquired Jack Wolfskin in January.
