James Harris is taking the position of chief operating officer for Berghaus, the British outdoor brand. He will oversee the brand's global planning, operations, supply chain and customer services, and take the reins of Berghaus Asia, based in Hong Kong. He is also a new member of the company's board. He was formerly at PZ Cussons, where he was in charge of logistics. He has also worked at H.J. Heinz, Burton Foods and United Brake.
