Joe Prebich has been appointed by Fjällräven to the new position of director of marketing for North America. He is going to report to Nathan Dopp, vice president of marketing and sales for Fjällräven North America, one of the fastest-growing operation of the Fenix Outdoor group worldwide. Prebich has been involved in classical and digital marketing programs in the outdoor industry for a decade. He acted as global sports marketing manager for Oakley, as interactive marketing manager for Red Bull North America, as sports marketing brand manager for Red Bull Global Sports, and most recently as director of marketing for Zeal Optics, the brand of sunglasses recently acquired by Maui Jim. He was also an associate editor of Snowboarder Magazine.
