John Twomey, former regional sales manager at Adidas in Ireland, has reportedly been appointed manager in charge of European distributor sales and marketing at Cascade Designs, the holding company for Thermarest, MSR, Platypus, Sealline and PackTowl. Apart from nearly ten years at Adidas, Twomey has held various sales and marketing jobs in the telecoms and food sectors. Cascade Designs has its European head office in Cork, Ireland, under the leadership of James Cotter, managing director of Cascade Designs in Europe.
