LaCrosse's chief executive, Joseph Schneider, and the company's chief financial officer, David Carlson, have resigned from the company on their own terms. They had both occupied their positions for more than a decade. The announcement comes nearly three months after the Portland-based manufacturer of boots for the outdoor, work and military sectors was sold to ABC-Mart, a major Japanese footwear retailer, for $138 million. Replacements have yet to be named.
