Martin Berendsen, a well-known Dutch industry veteran, is appointed by Hi-Tec Sports as president of its Magnum brand. He ran Reebok's operations in the Netherlands for many years in the 1990s before moving to the U.S. to run the local Dr. Martens business. After various stations, he ran the European operations of Vans, Reef and Eastpak for VF Corporation. He was vice president of sales and marketing at Geox in the U.S. between 2011 and 2012.
