VF Corporation has appointed Nina Flood as president of Eastpak with immediate effect. Flood will be based in Antwerp, Belgium, where Eastpak’s marketing and sales department is located, and will report directly to Martino Scabbia Guerrini, who is group president for EMEA and responsible for the parent company’s European business. Flood has been with the group since 2003, most recently managing the American business of the Kipling label, also part of VF. Before that, she worked for 10 years at the U.S. fashion company Guess Inc. Her successor at Kipling is Paula Gozzo, who previously worked as senior director of merchandising and product development at Kipling Americas.
