Oberalp is restructuring Salewa's sales and marketing teams after promoting one staff member and attracting an external hire. Mark Landenberger is now responsible for Salewa's sales and marketing for the entire Austrian, German and Swiss region. Martin Stolzenberger has also joined as a key account manager. Landenberger has been in charge of sales for Salewa since September 2016, primarily focusing on Austria and Germany. The newly formed position will see his responsibility extended to include Switzerland. He will also oversee the marketing teams of the individual countries, which previously reported directly to Christoph Mannel, who left the company in May. Stolzenberger will join Salewa in the autumn, reporting to Landenberger. As a key account manager, the 33-year-old will look after the brand's main customers in Austria and Germany. He comes from Bergzeit, where he oversaw product management.
