Patagonia has promoted Lisa Williams to the position of chief product officer, with responsibility for all aspects of design, line management, merchandising, inventory and product marketing. She has been with Patagonia since 2001, acting most recently as vice president of global design and merchandising, after taking care of specific segments such as kids, women's surfwear, women's sportswear and all types of sportswear. Before her work at Patagonia, she spent seven years with the Walt Disney Company.
