Peter Fresia, 51, is strengthening Leki's product development team, working together with Christian Nordhaus. He will be responsible for hardware products. Fresia worked most recently as senior buyer at SportScheck for technical hardware, outdoor shoes and skis. The certified mountain and ski guide previously worked for Sport Schuster and as a consultant to Salewa and Salomon. He is also a managing partner in Hydroalpin, a German event agency and mountaineering school.
