Richard Tooby has been designated as the new chairman of Polygiene, the Swedish developer of odor control solutions for garments. Tooby, who comes from the chemicals industry, has been an independent director of the board since October 2015. He will take the place of Lennart Holm, who became chairman at the same time and who will remain as a director. Meanwhile, Ulrika Björk, who previously worked with a chain of video stores, has been appointed as the new chief financial officer, replacing Jan Bertilsson who has decided to take up new challenges outside the company.
