(SGI) The Rossignol Group has made François Goulet its global director, according to sport-guide.com. The appointment follows the departure of the vice president for Europe, François Benaben, after more than eight years with the group. Goulet has been serving as Rossignol’s president for North America for a little less than three years but is in fact a veteran of the group, having held that same presidency from 1989 to 2010. He spent the intervening decade at Coalision, serving as a senior vice president, and then at VF Corp., serving as overall vice president and general manager for Canada and as vice president and general manager for The North Face. Rossignol’s global vice president of human resources, Stephen Le Bot, also left the company this month. More in SGI Europe.
