Scarpa North America has hired Matt Ginley and Danny Ciavarro for its sales team. Ginley joins as the new North American sales manager. He previously worked as an account manager at Rock and Ice Magazine. Before then, he worked as a sales rep for brands in the outdoor and climbing sector, including 11 years as an in-house sales rep for Black Diamond. Ciavarro joins Scarpa North America as the new sales operation manager. Ciavarro spent the last five years at Salewa/Dynafit, where he worked as a customer service rep, a key accounts manager, then a customer service manager. Prior to that, he worked at prAna, The Spot, Revolution Climbing and Planet Rock.
