Shawn Neville has been appointed chief executive of Boa Technology, a company that works with more than 300 firms with its own closure system. The seasoned executive was most recently chief executive and chairman of an American shoe company, Aerosoles. Among other stations, he previously ran Reebok International's operations in North America and France.
