Targeting international expansion, Pentland Brands announced a new executive team structure today. Richard Newcombe, who is now in charge of the group's footwear division, will add the responsibility of president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) across the whole brand portfolio, which includes Berghaus, Ellesse and Speedo, among others. The group has also started the search for a chief marketing officer, who would report to Chirag Patel, the current chief operating officer, who has been made deputy chief executive. Andy Long will continue as chief executive of Pentland Brands. Besides overseeing the group's business in the Americas, Patel will take responsibility for strategy, product and marketing for all the brands. Matt Rock will continues to serve as president of the Asia-Pacific region, responsible also for the global supply chain. Katrina Nurse, who joined the business from Selfridges in 2018, will remain chief finance officer and Katrina Wright will retain her role of chief human resources officer.
