The Outdoor Industry Association of the U.S. has hired Kirk Bailey, an attorney with more than 14 years of senior-level experience in governmental affairs, to run a new lobbying office of the organization in Washington, D.C. He will also oversee three OIA employees in charge of governmental affairs at the association's office in Boulder, Colorado.
