Topher Gaylord, the former executive of The North Face who resigned as president of Mountain Hardwear two years ago, is said to be working now for Under Armour's outdoor apparel & accessories department. Based in Portland, Oregon, the unit has been run since last May by Jordan Wand, a former executive of Nike, Merrell and Outdoor Research.
