Two other top managers are leaving Columbia Sportswear. The chief executive of Prana, Scott Kerslake, will quit the job on Aug. 18 to join another company in an adjacent sector. He has led Prana since 2009, building it up to reach a turnover of $100 million by 2014, when it was acquired by Columbia. It has risen further since then, reaching a level of $134 million in 2016. The group's chief financial officer, Mike Pogue, and the vice president of marketing, Nancy Dynan, will run Prana while the search is on for a successor. In another change, Steve Woodside has stepped down as senior vice president of global sourcing and manufacturing, after three years in this function. The company has also initiated a search for his successor.
