Vista Outdoor has announced the promotion of four new executive officers to its corporate leadership team. Brad Crandell will become chief human resources officer; Mark Kowalski will be the company's controller and chief accounting officer; Dylan Ramsey will be vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary; and Kelly Reisdorf will be vice president, chief communications and investor relations officer. Each appointee will be leaving existing senior roles at the company. Crandell has 30 years of experience in transformation and growth leadership. Kowalski has 17 years of corporate controller experience at Vista. Ramsey has 14 years of experience in legal and strategic consultancy. Reisdorf has 13 years of brand leadership experience at Vista. Vista says the appointees were selected for their knowledge, experience and delivery record to hit financial performance targets and support transformation efforts to ensure that the company's corporate functions retain a high degree of continuity and stability.
