Filson Holdings, an American producer of outdoor apparel and accessories whose origins date back to 1897, has been sold to Bedrock Manufacturing Company by its previous owner, Brentwood Associations. Financial details were not released. Under Brentwood's team of senior management, including Mark Korros as chief executive, the Filson brand was aggressively expanded. Robert W. Baird & Company was the financial adviser for Filson and Brentwood in the transaction.
