Columbia Sportswear has asked a court to dismiss the lawsuit brought against it by Innovative Sports, a company in Eugene, Oregon that claimed infringement of its intellectual property rights with its Omni-Heat electrically heated apparel. Columbia pointed out, among other things, that two lawyers have rejected a request to represent Innovative Sports in the case.
