Mascot Bidco, the investment vehicle of Anta Sports Products and other investors for the takeover of Amer Sports, said earlier this month that the District Court of Helsinki decided on May 8 to appoint a trustee, Timo Kaisanlahti, as an arbitrator to help finalize the redemption of the remaining shares in the company. The first full-fledged annual meeting under the new ownership is scheduled to take place in Helsinki on June 20.
