Messe Friedrichshafen and its managing director, Klaus Wellmann, have already agreed on the extension of Wellmann’s working contract through 2018. In fact, the extension was not due before 2013, but the mayor of Friedrichshafen and chairman of Messe’s supervisory board, Andreas Brand, wanted to show a sign of continuity for the future.
