Michael Crooke is stepping down as the chief executive at Prana, where he has been for 11 months. A co-founder of the business, Beaver Theodosakis, will step in to take over those duties, but plans to look for a new CEO next year sometime. He will share responsibilities with Scott Kerslake, who steps up to the position of president. Crooke had previously been president and CEO of Patagonia.
