Osprey Packs has taken over the 80 percent stake it didn't own in Osprey Europe from Robert Wylie, who started the operation in 2003 and will continue to run it. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The move will allow a closer integration of the rather successful European operation, which employs 60 people, into the global structure of the company. Osprey Europe has continued to grow at a double-digit rate, with sales that reached about £40 million (€45.2m-$53.1m) in the last 12 months. As we previously reported, it moved into a new office in the U.K. last year.
