Polartec is reportedly going to auction off its former textile factory in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The sale had been expected for quite some time. According to media reports, the start-up bid has been set at $1.5 million by the company's owner, Versa Capital Management. Polartec has already moved its production of technical fleece and softshell fabrics to its other plant in Cleveland, Tennessee.
