Austrialpin, the Austrian maker of climbing equipment, is voluntarily calling back one of its karabiners, Delta FD00A. The company says that due to inhomogeneous ingredients, the product might display tiny cracks. These cracks are especially hazardous because they may appear after a while and not initially.
