Keen Footwear describes its new Uneek lifestyle sandal as a revolution that questions conventional shoemaking. It uses two cords to adjust the upper to the foot. First presented at the OutDoor show in Friedrichshafen last month, where it got an award, the new product has been under development for two years in the Keen Innovation Lab. It is the creature of Rory Feuerstein jr., the 32-year-old son of Keen's founder and chairman, who runs the lab.
