Rocky Brands is to launch its new S2V range of shoes for spring 2013. This new athletic-inspired collection, which targets 25- to 35-year old consumers, includes a range of hiking and trail-running footwear, as well as apparel and accessories. In order to develop the new product line, the Ohio-based firm partnered with the Mountain Shepherd Wilderness Survival School, a group of outdoor survival experts based in Catawba, Virginia. Rocky Brands will become the official footwear and apparel sponsor for the group's classes and events and it will consult with its survival experts on product development and marketing for S2V.
