Recco has developed a user-friendly training package for salespeople on the shop floor to explain its avalanche-rescue system to their customers. It consists of a quick guide, a seven-point list and four videos that describe the benefits of being searchable. The company notes that Recco reflectors are now integrated in the winter products of more than 200 brands, yet many customers don't know that they can make them searchable by a professional rescuer.
