Salomon plans to open its first full-fledged mono-brand store in Germany, measuring 200 square meters, on Nov. 8. It will be located in the very central Sendlinger Strasse of Munich, very close to the local store of The North Face. Salomon will offer apparel and shoes for men and women for road running, trail running, hiking, backpacking, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing. Accessories for travelling and sports will complement the product offer. If an item is not available in store, customers will be able to order it on site and get it delivered to their homes or to the store. Customers will also be able to adjust their ski boots in the new store and select running shoes after scanning their feet. Sports watches by Suunto, a brand that also belongs to Amer Sports, will also be on sale in the Munich store.
