Tatoo Adventure Gear, the specialty outdoor retailer in South America, has opened its 15th store on the continent in Quito, Ecuador. It adds new categories to the company's portfolio, including kayaks, bikes, electronics and optics, and includes such services as a bike workshop, an auditorium and an 800-square-foot climbing wall. The company says it is the largest such store in South America. Tatoo's headquarters are located in Quito. It also has stores in Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Colombia, and four online stores.
