This week, Patagonia is opening its store on Fourth Street in Santa Monica, California, less than a mile from the ocean. The grand opening is slated for Jan. 24, including a benefit for the Surfrider Foundation's West L.A./Malibu chapter and the Rise Above Plastics program. The store will sell Patagonia wetsuits, the Los Angeles area's largest selection of Fletcher Chouinard Designs surfboard and other gear.
