Schöffel has opened an office in Hanoi, Vietnam, in order to strengthen its relations with production partners in Southeast Asia. Until now, Schöffel's employees were traveling to see them in Vietnam and other countries for a constant exchange of information. The majority of Schöffel's products are made in Vietnam. Through its office in Hanoi, Schöffel aims to cooperate more closely with the factories and to have more influence on the quality and the promotion of social working conditions. Regina Hirtzy-Pfeifer, one of Schöffel's traveling technicians, has assumed the organizational management of Schöffel's new office in Hanoi.
