Sports Direct International has raised its stake in Blacks Leisure Group to 21.3 percent. The aggressive British retailer and brand owner had seen its stake in Blacks diluted by an equity increase in May 2010. At the end of its own financial year last Apr. 24, Sports Direct had only 14.5 percent of Blacks' shares, down from 28.5 percent one year earlier.
