The shareholders of Conzzeta approved proposals to conduct a share split and to spin off its real estate business at an extraordinary meeting on June 22. Each shareholder will receive four shares for each one in his or her possession. The shareholders of the Swiss group, which owns Mammut and other companies, also elected Markus Kellenberger as chairman of the board of Plazza, a new holding company, listed on the cantonal stock exchange of Zurich, to which Conzzeta will transfer its real estate assets and other non-operative activities. Conzzeta's shareholders will own one share in Plazza for every new Conzzeta share in their hands.
